Mixology Class + Food & Cocktail Pairings at The Palm

Here is something really fun to do this month.
Now you can learn to mix drinks like a pro Mixologist and have a great evening with your date or friends.
On November 16th from 6-8pm, The Palm Restaurant will be sharing their expertise in celebrations and hospitality by offering an interactive Holiday Mixology Class.

Veterans and first-time party hosts alike can enjoy a relaxed, fun evening with a date or friends. A Palm Mixologist will be on hand to teach new cocktail recipes and offer holiday drink tips. Guests will also enjoy food pairings inspired by The Palm menu items.

Ciroc Vodka, Cointreau Orange Liqueur, fresh lemon and a splash of sour
served in a sugar-rimmed martini glass

olive oil soaked crostini with a horseradish cream and chervil

Bacon Wrapped Scallop Skewers
sweet chili glaze

Don Julio Blanco Tequila, Chambord Liqueur, apple juice,
fresh squeezed lemon juice and agave nectar served on the rocks

Filet Mignon Capri Sandwiches
imported mozzarella di bufala, oven dried tomato, micro basil and balsamic aioli
